Hellcose – Return & Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

Size issues
Damaged product received

Refunds are not available. We only offer exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the exchange request may be rejected.
